The most visible position in the site's pages, appearing at the bottom of two pages.

• Maximum image size is less than 300 pixels wide by 60 pixels high @ 72 dpi, filesize as small as possible, but in no case any larger than 8K.

Available in two formats, text or image. The entry for the second Classification must be the same as the first (a duplicate).

Text Format:

- The Heading should include the two Classifications where the Ad will be placed (Property or Product name, and Location)
- The Body text must be 200 characters or less.
- The text provided may be optimised by the webmaster.
 

Image Format:

- Maximum image size is 194(W) x 146(H) @ 72 dpi, file size as small as possible, but in no case any larger than 4K to conserve bandwidth and keep the pages loading quickly.
