This database started with the Lynch roots in Barbados, which incorporated the Lynch (1000+), Honychurch/e (400+) and Jones (100+) surnames. Sadly, the Lynch tree only goes back to a "brick wall" at 1769 (in Barbados), the Honychurch lines trace several centuries back to Devon in the UK, and the Jones family has been found back about a century through British Guiana (now Guyana).
From February 2009 - when this family tree was put on the Web - there was an explosion of input, and this database now incorporates more than 22,000 individuals from all over the world.
This database is open to all who are related, by blood or marriage, to anyone already listed. With that single requirement, there are no limits as to how many persons may be added here - as long as the information added is known to be accurate - because even a speck of inaccurate information condemns the integrity of the entire database.
