Nice site, love the caribbean and everything that goes with it. Living in the frozen north anytime after Oct my mind turns to warmth and reggae. I could submit some recipes but I don't have pictures. Whenever I go to a new island I like to pick up a local cook book. Thanks for the site and helping me through another cold winter. Rick

Hi, my name is Gail, I am from the Caribbean originally I now reside in the USA, I spend my early Sunday mornings reading the Caribbean newspapers and getting up to date on what's happening back home. I looked at your site for the first time today and it was quite enjoyable I saw a new variation to cooking Coo-Coo, so I will be trying it as cooking is a hobby of mine. I like visitingCaribbean site as this is my way of coming home for a shor time. I have not been back to the Caribean in 10 years so this is my way of visiting until I can actually come back for a visit, work and committment keeps me here at present. So I appreciate very much what you do. Keep up the good wark

I think it is a god site. I would like to spend more time here. Jim I have a question for you. You had an advertiser, Peppers a Bajan restaurant. They have since closed. Do you know if they started up again? Are they working somewhere else? They sure were beautiful people and I wish them well. If you are in contact with them at all please say hello from Jim Payton. Give them my email if you like, Thanks
