2 teaspoons prepared
mustard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
(2 kg) 2 qts finely shredded cabbage
Green pepper slices
Paprika
(optional)
1/4 cup raisins (optional)(Barbados touch)
Method
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, relish, onion,
mustard, salt and pepper until smooth. Add cabbage and toss to coat. Top with green pepper
and paprika. Chill. Serves 8.
