These photos were taken by Rick in Margarita Island during the first week of February, 2002. He stayed at the Hesperia Playa El Aqua - a 3 star property - all inclusive. There are high rise rooms and bungalows.

 The main pool - taken early in the morning before everyone got there. There were about 5 pools scattered around the property. |
 Some parrots that flew freely around the property. They would approach people for food. |

 An ultralight ride. The hangar was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel. I didn't opt for this excursion, because I couldn't be the pilot. |
We opted for the car... it was cheap at $100.00 US for 3 days, and gas at 60 cents a gallon - we drove around and only put $5.00 gas for 3 days.
